The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is proposing upgrades to the bike lanes on N 34th St, between Fremont Ave & Stone Way. SDOT representatives have a 10% design concept to share, based on traffic data, guidance from citywide transportation plans and input from a previous community outreach effort.

On Tuesday, December 11th, from 4:30p – 6p, at the Fremont Brewing Urban Beer Garden (1050 N 34th,) there will be a public drop-in session on the plans to install a protected, paint-and-post bike lane along N 34th, from Fremont Ave to Stone Way, and to keep street parking along the northside of the street.

Please drop-in to share your experiences, discuss ideas, and ask project staff questions. Help the city find ways to improve safety and keep people (and goods) moving.
