Design Review Early Design Guidance Meeting

On Monday, July 11th, starting at 6:30p, a Design Review Early Design Guidance meeting will be held at University Heights Center (5031 University Way NE) about a proposal for a 4 or 5-story building at 4111 Stone Way North.  At the early guidance meeting, the permit applicants for this project will present information, and the public may offer comments.

The meeting, under City of Seattle Department of Planning & Development (DPD) project # 3011897, concerns a 4-story building with ground level commercial, 27 residential units above and parking for 21 vehicles.  The public may offer comments at this meeting about the early design of the project, and the siting of a development on this site.  Design Review Board members will also offer comments, and identify the Citywide Design Guidelines of highest priority in developing this site.

For more information, go to the DPD website page related to this project and permit application, or contact the Land Use Planner Bruce Rips at 206/615-1392.
