A rare musician, following in the footsteps of Lonnie Chatmon, Clifford Hayes and Eddie Anthony, Suzy Thompson combines her violin with a powerful singing voice, and a highly respected talent for fingerpicking guitar. Thompson is unique in her ability to combine vocals with fiddle and guitar, in the blues and ragtime idioms.
