Emmanuel Asks For Help Stocking Their Little Food Pantry On N 50th

During the COVID-19 lockdown, volunteers at Emmanuel Bible Church have converted the Little Free Library out in front of their building into a Little Food Pantry, for neighbors in so much financial distress at this time that they cannot afford food.

This re-purposed site is helping people in our community find nourishment, often cycling through 20 or more items a day.  FamilyWorks, the Greenwood Food Bank and the Ballard Food Bank are all available for those seeking meals for their families, but the Little Food Pantry can help cover those unexpected shortages.

It would also be helpful, for neighbors who can afford it, to give non-perishable food donations to the Little Pantry.  Please feel free to stop by and contribute whenever you can.
