On Saturday, February 14th, celebrate Valentine’s Day in Fremont’s most romantic dining room with live music, French-inspired cocktails and a seven-course French meal. For $150 per couple, this ‘Taste The Music’ experience at The Backdoor will provide a sensory experience of l’amore starting at 6p.
With Eric Friedrich setting the mood with live music, and cocktails to intoxicate by genius mixologist Jayson Cottam, Chef Garrett Lieber will provide seven courses to amuse and delight with dishes including Vichyssois Chaud, Salmon Avec Raiort, Coq Au Vin, and ratatouille. Vegetarian options, and non-alcoholic beverages, will be available.
