This Friday, September 7th, from 6p – 9p, the First Friday Art Walk offers a sensational selection of sights and sounds – that could only occur at the Center of the Universe. Do not miss out on several select and single-opportunity shows at this month’s participating venues.
This month find art on display (and even in action):

- At a special ‘ghost’ location (3420 Fremont Ave N – former Naos/Cool Whirled space,) see a multi-artist showcase featuring Tiffany Smith, Dave Bloomfeild, Andrew Miller, Kemba Opio, and Gretchen Fuller. Plus listen to the music spinning of Djs Jeremy Borden, Joel Pryde, and Shawn Dempsey
- At West Of Lenin, view the photography of Alex Garland as Raise Haiti hosts its Faces Of Haiti campaign
- At Cristy Carner Salon & Spa, find paintings by Angela Bern Castagnola
- At Seattle Glass Monuments, learn how glass art can be used to create monuments that endure and memorialize.
- At the 509 Wines Tasting Room, experience the art of Sophia Thomas
- At Frame-Up Studios, take in the new, original block prints by Liz Neuman
- At Pel’Meni Dumpling Tzar, peruse illustrations by Andrew McIntosh
- At Hub And Bespoke, witness encaustic art by Emily Alice Peck

Beyond the Fremont First Friday Art Walk shows (check the website before you go to find any last minute additions,) in Fremont this Friday, visit the Windows Art Gallery to see a retrospective of the photography of Tom Talbott, called ‘Wings In My World.’
This Friday, give your evening over to exercise (walking is the best kind!) and art – and stroll all the venues, creativity and entertainment the Center of the Universe has to offer.
See you out there!
