Today, Flow Fitness will open its new Fremont location in the basement of the Featherspring Building at 710 N 34th St. Stop by for a free two-week trial, or just to look at the new facility.
A fixture on the South Lake Union fitness scene, Flow Fitness has expanded to the Center of the Universe with a complementary/supplementary facility. This gym will feature strength and conditioning equipment, for focus on functional training. The facility has an open-floor design, with a separate area for Team Training in a mix of metabolic and strength, and three boutique studios for classes in barre, yoga, and cycling. Gain more mobility, flexibility and agility at Flow Fitness Fremont.
“There will be nothing like it in Seattle,” observed Justin Young, Flow Fitness owner. “If you are into fitness, or want to get into it, this will be the place for you. If you want a gym membership, there are plenty of options,” Young explained, “if you want to get in shape, we have the programming, community and support to help you get there.”
Like its sister South Lake Union club, Fremont will feature beautiful facilities with complimentary towel service, free wi-fi and premium locker room amenities. Club hours will be 5:30a – 10p Mon – Fri, and 8a – 7p on Sat & Sun. All memberships are month-to-month and rates will start at $99 per month as part of the Fremont grand opening.
