Gotta green thumb? Wanna flex it in a good cause? Wanna give an hour or two of menial labor to our area museum? ‘Course you do!
This Saturday, May 26th, starting at 10a, History House needs willing hands to help spruce up the gardens around it in preparation for summer visitor to the museum, and the 2012 season of the Music In The Sculpture Garden concert series.
Those able to attend are asked to R.S.V.P. so that the planners can have on-hand enough refreshments, and tools (although it is recommended that those with favorite tools bring them along.) The list of projects – weeding and general clean-up – can be done by skilled and unskilled gardeners, so bring the kids, the neighbors or Cousin Bob. Any amount of time given will be greatly appreciated.
R.S.V.P. to John Nordstrand at john@historyhouse.org or 206/675-8875.
See you there!
