This Sunday, July 20th, from 2p – 4p, enjoy a free concert as the 10th Season of the Music In The Sculpture Garden series continues at History House. Listen to some of the Puget Sound’s best acoustic musicians, this week attendees can get to hear the music singer-songwriter Percy Hilo and the Appalachian-inspired songs of Murphy & Middaugh.
Enjoy songs of miners, trains, the Civil War, and whiskey, with the Appalachian Americana music of Murphy & Middaugh. This duo shares an influence of coffee shop folk music with Percy Hilo, a Northwest musician with 30 years of experience. His original songs, done in American folk style, have been published and sung ‘round the world.
Produced by John Nordstrand, the Music In The Sculpture Garden concert series is free to attend (although donations/tips are gratefully appreciated.) Sponsored in part by a grant from the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, this series is also supported by donations from two dozen area businesses and organizations.
This Sunday, July 20th, stop by History House between 2p – 4p, and enjoy this free musical entertainment in the shaded courtyard at the intersection of Troll Avenue and J.P. Patches Place! For more information, visit the MITSG website and the Facebook page.
