On Friday, August 12th, at Noon, those who love yoga are invited to learn about yin yoga, and how to generate income by becoming an instructor. Bastyr Center for Natural Health is hosting this short question-and-answer gathering on what it takes to become a yin yoga teacher.
Help others, and yourself, to develop glowing health and a happier, longer life, with the first step being this free, informational session. Ayurveda practitioners, and traditional Chinese medicine advocates, will find this training particularly supportive and complimentary.
This fall, September 10th – October 29th, Bastyr University will hold an 8-week certificate yoga teacher training course, along with a 30-minute yin yoga class taught by instructor Pam Granston. As a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, Granston has taught over 3,000 classes.
Come learn more about the training, and yin yoga, at this free discussion. If you have always loved yoga, and want to inspire others toward building a calm reserve of internal strength, come learn how you can at Bastyr.
