Thanks to Fremocentrist.com readers who voted, in December 2014, for their choices in the annual Best of Fremont! Ballots have been counted, and winners identified, and over the next month, the winners will be notified and given this honor bestowed by the voting public of the Center of the Universe!
Fremocentrist.com currently has three specific categories. The winners for 2014 are:
- Fremont’s Best Resident – Mitzi Simons, resident and local caretaker
- Fremont’s Best Business – Kaosamai Thai Restaurant and Catering, for 10 years of delivering quality, fresh Thai food (read about their anniversary in the December 2014 column)
- Fremont’s Best Organization – Moisture Festival, the 501(c)3 non-profit that produces the vaudeville/burlesque festival that attracts performers to Fremont from around the world, but has also brought other shows (Frank Olivier’s Twisted Cabaret, The I Hate Children Children’s Show, The Grimaldis Are Dead, etc) to perform here…and taken our spirit of Fremont to Teatro ZinZanni, as well.
