On Wednesday, January 15th at 8a, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host its first general meeting of 2020, at Tableau’s offices at 744 N 34th St.  This breakfast will focus on public safety and the Seattle Police Department’s work in our community.

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) North Precinct Commander Captain Eric Sano will attend this public gathering to speak about his officers and the work they are doing in Fremont, and Seattle, to keep us safe.  Captain Sano will also take questions and comments from attendees about their experiences this winter in regards to public safety at the Center of the Universe.

The Fremont Chamber will also spend a few minutes handing out their community awards, including the Hammering Man, the Chamber Pot of Commerce, the Bertha K. Landes, and the Jim Daly Press On Regardless award.  This is an opportunity to help honor those making our community better, as decided by an organization that is all about strengthening and improving our district.

The Jan 15th meeting of the Fremont Chamber will include breakfast, and costs $25 for Chamber members or $30 for non.  Pre-registration is required (click here.)  Any questions, or requests for discounts, can be made to Whitney at programs@fremont.com or 206-632-0124.
