On Wednesday, May 16th, at 8a, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host a public safety meeting with North Seattle Police Department Precinct Commander, at Ivar’s Salmon House.
In our city there are a lot of safety concerns these days: property damage, dumping of drug paraphernalia, loitering, aggressive behavior, graffiti, shoplifting, etc. The Chamber wants to open a conversation with Captain Sean O’Donnell and area businesses and residents, about what SPD can do to help us – and what we can do to help ourselves.
Share your concerns with the Seattle Police Department, and hear about precinct services including the bike patrol, anti-crime teams, burglary/theft investigation, community police teams, and crime prevention efforts. The North Precinct provides 24/7 proactive patrol and 911 emergency response to our neighborhood, but they can also help us make our community safer if we all work in partnership.
This discussion is open-to-the-public, but there is a meeting fee of $25 for Chamber members, and $30 for non-members. Also, RSVPs are required on-line (click here,) and if you have any questions – or problems with on-line registration – contact the Fremont Chamber at programs@fremont.com
