Fremont Health Club Offers Workout Classes During The Holidays

At Fremont Health Club, work out between Christmas and the New Year with one of the many classes specially offered right now, for free.

  • Monday, Dec 26th from 6:30p – 7:30p – get Mixxed FitTM with a special Jingle Bell Rock workout, in a class guaranteed to make you sweat.  Dress festive!
  • Tuesday, Dec 27th from 6p – 8p – enjoy High Intensity Interval Training, with classes done in the H.I.I.T. format.  Come sweat!
  • Thursday, Dec 29th, from 7p – 8p – do a totally 80s Barre with class leader Kris.  Dress up!
  • Friday, Dec 30th, from 6p – 7p – work your core with Power Glow Blacklight Vinyasa, led by Katelyn.
  • Saturday, Dec 31st, from 4p – 5p – end your year with Gentle Flow Vinyasa, led by Marianne.
  • Sunday, Jan 1st, 2017 from 4p – 5p – mellow into the New Year with a candle-light Power Vinyasa class, led by Katelyn.

  • Sunday, Jan 1st, from Noon – 1p – begin the New Year with a better bod, with a New Year’s Day Boot Camp workout, led by Rebecca.  Cost $10
