During the month of May, to celebrate National Preservation Month, the Fremont Historical Society has organized a display of information, and photos, of ten Fremont buildings. The display, at the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library, includes historical and current photos of the structures as well.
A public reception will be held Saturday, May 5th, from Noon to 1:30p, at the Fremont Library. Come meet members of the Fremont Historical Society, and learn about some area buildings, and share your stories as well.
Even if you can’t make it to the reception on Saturday, May 5th, stop by the Fremont Branch to see the display and learn more about the history of Fremont, and its structures.
