The small, locally owned businesses of Fremont are looking bright and shiny. Fremocentrist photographer, Adrian Laney, went around and talked with many of our business owners and found them anxious and ready for the return of customers – and they’ve established safe, careful policies and procedures for the health of staff and visitors.
Our local eateries and bars have rearranged and instituted new seating to accommodate social distancing requirements, and precautions against transmission of the coronavirus.
Our shops have increased their on-line markets, but their shops still display their products best – with informed and masked associates on-hand to help guide customers in purchases, and direct them to what they really need.
Fremont has plenty of open sidewalks and areas for walking in the clean air, as visitors move around from shop to shop – or from shop to restaurant to public art installation.
It’s a great time to visit the Center of the Universe, and get reacquainted with the art, the small shops and the quirky, whimsical people of Fremont!
