Along the triangled block of North 35^th Street, the shops (and one restaurant) have decided to mark the Day Of The Dead, with decorations, deals and dedications.

El Camino – Find food and drink specials today, tomorrow and Friday, plus traditional Day of the Dead face painting from 3p – 7p on Nov 1^st & 2^nd (free to El Camino customers.) Also see traditional altars, fresh candles, and marigolds throughout the restaurant.

Portage Bay Goods – The procrastinator’s gift shop is showing Dia de los Muertos portraits by Susan Elliott, while continuing to offer the most whimsical collection of treasures.
