Throughout October 2020, anyone with an affinity for playing the harp (or just wanting to know more about this instrument and its art,) can register for a workshop with –

  • Harper Tasche
  • Kim Robertson
  • Nicolas Carter
  • Rachel Hair
  • Monica Schley
  • Jessica Gallo

This is a great opportunity for those who want to learn more about the harp, and playing, with techniques and tips for every harper.  Find out more about the workshops on the Dusty Strings website (click here,) or through the Harp Seattle Facebook Group.  Or get added to the Harp Seattle e-mail list at school@dustystrings.com

For those unable to play, or learn to play, the harp, get a beautiful break from the noise and nonsense of daily life with the Harp Escape YouTube Channel.  Find hope, healing, and relaxing sounds on this channel curated by harpist, poet, and Dusty Strings Music School teacher Monica Schley.  “The world is full of static and noise, subliminal and actual, online and offline,” says Schley, “Harp Escape is an aural getaway.”

Find Harp Escape by subscribing to the Harp Escape YouTube Channel, or watch Harp Escape Live every Saturday night on Facebook.  You can also take harp lessons, on-line, with Schley, through Dusty Strings Music School.
