In the Fremont Google offices, on August 4th, from 9a – 12:30p, more than 80 local non-profits will be given training in using valuable on-line tools for mobile fundraising, AdWords, and story visualization. Through Google for Nonprofits more good work can be done by area non-profits – faster, easier and at lower cost.
Non-profits, most of whom have fewer than 25 staff people and represent a wide diversity across our community, (including the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, the Northwest African American Museum, Brain Injury Alliance of Washington and the Seattle Good Business Network,) will be given this free training in how Google can improve their work, and the lives of their clients.
On August 4th, State Representative Zach Hudgins will introduce Google for Nonprofits, and kick-off this valuable training. Google staff will then give personalized tutorials in Google Earth, and other tools they’ve developed for use by non-profit organizations.
If you know of a local non-profit that could benefit from this informational session, there are still a few seats available. RSVP to directly to Google Fremont, today!
