Coming soon – on Friday, September 21st – the City of Seattle will once again host PARK(ing) Day, an annual event to transform on-street parking spaces into creative, community building opportunities, for part of a day.

Create your own pop-up park, on the street where you live or where you work. Be a part of this global effort to envision public space in new, imaginative and inspirational ways.

The City of Seattle will accept applications for PARK(ing) Day installations through August 24th. To learn more about this opportunity, and how you can create a mini pop-up park, visit the Seattle Parks webpage (click here.)
