Grand ReOpening Of The George & Dragon Pub On March 27th

‘The George Is Dead.  Long Live The George!’

After 25 year, the founders of The George & Dragon Pub passed the torch to a new generation, and energy, of barkeeps.  Fremont has been lucky enough to gain Jessica Carlson, Jayson Cottam, and Daniel Pagard as new owners of the #1 English Pub in Seattle.

With combined restaurant and bar experience adding up to 40 years, the team of Pagard, Cottam, and Carlson want to keep alive the legacy built at The George while cleaning and updating the physical space.  The new owners, along with Chef Erin Dejarnette, will also be building upon the food, cocktail and beer menus, within the culinary and drinking traditions of a classic English pub.

With 24 micro and European beers on draft, The George will remain a popular place to gather (within the COVID-safety standards,) for a wide variety of English Premier League football.
