Help Clean-Up, And Create Decorations For, The Fremont Troll

On Sunday, October 23rd, starting at Noon, the Fremont Troll will be given his annual bath – and you are needed to help make it happen.  This year, with the Washington State Department of Transportation doing earthquake bracing on the pillars of the Aurora Bridge, the Troll will need more help than ever to make him shine for his birthday, on Oct. 31st.

In addition, the Fremont Arts Council will host workshops this Saturday (Oct. 22) and next (Oct. 29,) from Noon to 4p, for making decorative tombstones and clown costumes.  These workshops are open-to-the-public, free and held at the Powerhouse, the FAC playhouse, at 3940 Fremont Avenue North.

So come out, and get in the Halloween spirit with the birthday boy!
