Help Fund Production Of A Movie With A Mission

MysticCoffeeUsing Kickstarter crowd-sourcing, a local filmmaker hopes to raise $10,000 to fund his second short film, ‘Mystic Coffee II’“Mystic Coffee is about finding your authentic self and taking action to step up your life in a number of meaningful ways,” says writer, director and producer Jeff Leisawitz, “It’s also about a sexy superhero barista with a kick ass magic ring.”

A film meant to inspire people to become the best version of themselves, and find happiness, peace and fulfillment, Leisawitz hopes to get the movie made – with help of Kickstarter donations – and distribute it for free viewing.  The proposed film is a sequel to an 11-minute short film, “Mystic Coffee,” which debuted in January on GaiamTv.com, the leading conscious media video-on-demand service.

“It’s a fun, whimsical short with some powerful messages to help us step out of our usual ‘line’ of thinking and see things from a different angle.” TinyBuddah.com

A premier screening of the original ‘Mystic Coffee’, a meet-and-greet with the director and star, and an inspiring talk with internationally known life coach, educator and spiritual writer Richard Seaman, will be held in a classroom at Seattle Life Coach Training, 650 S. Orcas St. Suite R203, on February 27 at 7:30pm. Purchase tickets on Brown Paper Tickets.
