In the month of August, members of the Church of The Apostles – based in Upper Fremont at the Fremont Abbey – would like to provide food for the Wednesday evening Community Dinners previously offered at Doric Lodge #92. The most recent organizer of the Dinners in Fremont has relocated, and the meals may no longer be served.
This month, members of the Church of the Apostles (COTA) would like to try to fill the gap for those who attend Community Dinners, and depended upon them for their primary meal. COTA needs help with purchasing and preparing to-go meals for approximately 50 people, along with something to drink, and with handing them out in front of the Doric Lodge.
