On Saturday, June 21st, starting at 8:30p, HONK! Fest West will hold a party at Hale’s Palladium to celebrate marching bands, drum corps and samba lines visiting from around the world for this annual community festival. This show is expected to sell out, but tickets will be sold (for $10 – 20) at the door until the large warehouse space reaches capacity. Advance tickets (and more information) are available on Brown Paper Tickets.
HONK! Fest West will bring its live music celebration to Georgetown on Friday, June 20th, and on June 21st, the Fremont Arts Council Solstice Parade at 3p and Gas Works Park starting at 5p. However, after this all wraps, bands visiting for this global renaissance of street music culture will perform at the Palladium for a special showcase.
