On Wednesday, October 10th, from 7p – 9p, at the North Seattle Community College, join in on the ‘Safe Communities Conversation,’ hosted jointly by the Seattle Police Department and the Office of the Mayor. Community members from all over North Seattle are invited to come take part.
The goal of the Safe Communities Initiative is to bring residents, police officers and City department representatives together for a candid conversation about specific things that communities need to improve safety in their neighborhoods. The priorities, identified through this series of conversations, will serve as a guide for the City, SPD, and the neighborhoods can move forward to understand, address, and resolve chronic neighborhood concerns.
