Join in an interactive and collaborative discussion about Halloween art and festivals, here and around the world, following the Fremont Arts Council (FAC) monthly meeting at The Powerhouse at 7:10p, on Tuesday, October 13th.
The FAC monthly meeting discusses the business of the organization, and plans for upcoming arts events. After about an hour and 15-minutes of meeting, long-time FAC member Norma Baum will give attendees creative face time, and information on making art. She will be curating a monthly hour-long gathering using pictures, videos, scrapbooks, art books and/or discussion on celebration art, street theater and/or history.
