Learn ‘Meaning & Painting In Tibetan Buddhism’ At NalandaWest

NalandaWestFeb15_PaintingTibetanBuddhismOn Friday, February 20th, and Saturday, February 21st, continue an exploration of the Five Fields of Knowledge that originated in India’s historic Nalanda University with a workshop on Tibetan Thangka Painting offered by Nitartha Institute and NalandaWest.

Entitled ‘Meaning & Painting in Tibetan Buddhism’, this two-day workshop will give instruction in the role of thangka painting in Buddhism, and opportunities to plot and draw a Buddha head in the Karma Gadri style.  This course, exploring the Fields of Creativity & The Arts and Inner Science of the Mind, can open up opportunities for art and spirituality.
