On October 18th, from 6p – 8p, Seattle Public Utilities will host an open hour and public hearing on the Ship Canal Water Quality Project and its Draft Supplemental E.I.S. The gathering will take place in Fremont at the Lake Washington Rowing Club.
The Ship Canal Water Quality Project will keep 60 million gallons of polluted water, annually, out of Lake Union, Salmon Bay and the Ship Canal. Attend this open house to learn more and comment on the plans.
The Draft Supplemental E.I.S., issued on September 22nd, is available for public comment through October 24th. All documents and information about how to comment on the Project can be found on the Ship Canal Water Quality Project website (click here.)
