Open Tuesday – Sunday, Manolin offers dining by reservation and walk-in. Reservations can be made through Tock (click here.) Using Northwest ingredients, Manolin offers Latin and Caribbean flavors, beautiful seafood, and vegetables, grilled in a large wood fire hearth. In addition to inside and outside dining, Manolin also offers take-out meals.
