More ‘Music In The Sculpture Garden’ To Enjoy!

On Sunday, June 26th, from 2p – 4p, History House of Greater Seattle (790 N 34th) will present another concert in the seventh season of the Music In The Sculpture Garden series.  Produced by John Nordstrand, each week’s concert features the best of the Puget Sound’s acoustic musicians performing, free to the public, in the covered, outdoor sculpture garden.

This week come and hear:

The RooTsters:  Singer-songwriters Alan Kausal and Stanislove, started with the folk-blues tradition, and blend in American acoustic- and pop guitar styles for intimate conversations, edgy rants, and suspiciously improbable tales.

Steve Beck - one of the scheduled performers at the June 26, 2011 installment of Music In the Sculpture Garden

Steve Beck & Friends:  On his music, this singer-songwriter has said, “I am in a never ending pursuit of music. From the musical collaborations [with] Swiched After Birth, Flannel Asparagus and Flannel Blues along with varied duo and group efforts to finally ME!!! My own stuff !! Yeah that’s why I’m doing this…”

While donations & tips will be appreciated, the public can attend free of charge.  Also, consider bringing the whole family.  History House, and the sculpture garden, offers plenty to entertain and engage the whole gang.

The series continues through July, although no concert will be held on Sunday, July 3rd – so make sure to come out and get your fill this weekend!
