Naked Pumpkin People Visit Fremont

Naked Pumpkin Battle Cry at the Interurban in Fremont Photo by Rebecca West

On Sunday, October 31st, some naked pumpkin people were photographed on their jog through the Center of the Universe by Rebecca West, from her prime post (for spotting potential invasions) at Portage Bay Goods (706 N 34th).

West took photos of the Naked Pumpkin-ers, and captured the moment when it appears the curious creatures considered taking a stand before the Waiting for the Interurban statue.

Perhaps they were scared off from their nefarious plot by seeing what can happen to those who Fremonsters find curious – we place them on display, and dress them up in costume to mark birthdays and anniversaries.

Seriously, the 4th Annual  Naked Pumpkin Day Run came to the streets of Fremont, and the 5th Anniversary Night Run went to Green Lake on Halloween.  Thanks to West for sharing her alert attention to this curious, random Fremont event.
