Noise Variance Permit Issued for Watershed Development Project Through August 7th

The construction project to develop the Watershed Building at 900 N 34th St has been granted a Noise Variance Permit for structural steel deliveries and erection of the building frame, from July 31st – August 7th.

The permit, #6740094NV, grants the contractor the ability to start work earlier – from 5a to 7a – with trucks moving on the site, and steel being picked up by a crane.  The contractor has promised that trucks will not idle for longer than two minutes, not including pull-up and parking time, and no pure tone back-up warning devices.  They also will not have crew members yelling to communicate.

The permit will be posted on the site, and available for review by neighbors.  For additional information on this project, visit the Weber-Thompson website (click here.)
