The leadership of the Fremont Arts Council (FAC) has announced the cancellation of the November 8th public ‘Committee Of the Whole’ (COW) meeting. Usually held on the second Tuesday of the month, this month the meeting would take place on Election Night. The leadership chose to respect the importance of this historic date, and cancel this meeting.
The FAC Board of Directors will hold a meeting on November 7th, and potentially discuss the upcoming Feast of the Winter Solstice and set the direction of planning. Expect to hear more about planning and a location for this community celebration, although anyone interested in being a part of building this annual party can offer to help at volunteers@fremontartscouncil.org
