A part-time associate pastor at the Church Of The Apostles (COTA,) which meets at the Fremont Abbey Arts Center, Rev. Katherine GrayBuck is featured in a New York Times article (click here,) from this past weekend for her work, among others, as a chaplain at Harborview Medical Center.
Rev. GrayBuck is working in the COVID intensive care unit in support of patients at the end-of-life with this terrible disease, alongside nurses, doctors and therapists. In a note to the COTA community, Rev. GrayBuck wrote,
“It has been an incredible time – full of grief and destruction, and also hope and resilience. I am honored to be one of the frontline chaplains featured in this article, along with friend of COTA, my fellow chaplain Carly Misenheimer. Thank you for your support and prayer with me as we all walk through this season together.”
