This Saturday, June 30th, the 20th Anniversary Season of the Fremont Outdoor Movies will start with a Seattle screening of the 20th Anniversary of the film ‘Singles’.
Come sit on the cement, under the stars, for this special (and FREE) screening of writer/director Cameron Crowe’s film on twenty-somethings living in Seattle in the era of grunge music.
The movie, starring Bridget Fonda, Matt Dillon, Kyra Sedgwick and Campbell Scott, focuses on the rocky romances of two couples as they navigate 1990s Seattle. It is rated PG-13.
As is always the case, make sure you arrive early for the Outdoor Cinema (gates scheduled to open at 7p) to get a prime campsite – first come, first placed. The movie will start somewhere around 9:30p – after dusk, when it is dark enough to see the movie. Local food trucks will be selling concessions on-site.
Come be a part of the annual, family-friendly Fremont tradition – and help celebrate its 20th Anniversary year!
