This Saturday, June 25th, come enjoy the very first show of the 19th season of the Fremont Outdoor Cinema! Be among the first in Seattle to join the fun for 2011 – and one of the rare few to ever participate in a Shaun Of The Dead quote-along.
“For a hero, you’re quite a hypocrite!” The movie stars Simon Pegg in the romantic zombie comedy that helped launch a new genre. In Shaun Of The Dead, a man tries to improve his life by winning back his ex-girlfriend, reconciling with his mother, and saving his best friend while his entire community become part of the undead masses determined to eat him. ” Don’t forget to kill Philip! ”
In addition to the movie, the Outdoor Movie features plenty o’ Fremont-style fun, with contests, quizes and comedy. For only $5 – and B.Y.O.C. (Bring Your Own Chair) – get on the parking lot, and the charm of watching a movie under the stars. This year tickets can be purchased in advance, using EventBrite, which saves you a spot on the lot – up until 9p.
