On Sunday, June 26th, from 11a – 1p, at the Fremont Sunday Market, your input is needed!
The Seattle Department of Parks & Recreation will have representatives at the Market, seeking comments from the public on what we want for the extension to A.B. Ernst (Slippery Slope) Park, located next door to the Fremont Branch Library. The general public at the Market aren’t always local folk, so it is extra-important that Fremonsters (those who work, live and/or play here) take a few minutes and give the Seattle Parks folk ideas aboutwhat we would like to see.
If you can’t stop by the Market on Sunday from 11a – 1p, please make sure you fill out the simple, one-page survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/ErnstPark Also, consider sharing this link with others so that the Extension to Slippery Slope is useful to our neighbors, and another source of pride for our neighborhood.
The Seattle Parks has a project website that has information about the Extension park. Also, stay tuned to Fremocentrist.com for more information!
