The Engage Seattle survey (click here) will give City of Seattle leadership ideas on how they can better keep we the citizenry informed about public projects, events, opportunities and issues.
In July, Seattle Mayor Ed Murray issued an executive order that requires establishing a new public engagement framework for the City. This two-minute survey will help clarify how citizens want to hear from its City.
In addition to the survey, there are other options for weighing in on this new framework:
- Use the on-line conversation tool, to weigh-in alongside neighbors and share ideas. Go to Engage Seattle to learn how.
- Provide feedback via social media using #Engage Seattle, on Twitter with @SeaNeighborhood, or on Facebook
- E-mail NewDON@seattle.gov
- Take the survey. It’s fast and easy. Go to Engage Seattle to find the link.
An additional option is attending one of two remaining upcoming public input events:
- Sat, Sep 10th from 10a – 1p, at San Gennaro Festival in Georgetown, at 1225 S. Angelo St
- Sun, Sep 25th from 1p – 3p, at CityScoop at Summer Parkways on Alki, near 61st Ave SW
Please visit the Engage Seattle website (click here) to find out more about how you can give your City leadership input about how you want to engage, and be engaged.
