Solstice Parade Monitors Wanted! Looking for a way to be involved with the Solstice Parade, but don’t want to miss any of the show? Want one of the best sitelines on the route?
You should become a Solstice Parade Monitor!!
Monitors work before & during the Fremont Arts Council Solstice Parade on Saturday June 21st, 2014, on the parade route. This is possibly the most important job during the parade and the one which receives the most kudos! Do you like wearing a uniform? Is it in your nature to give kind, but firm reminders of the rules? This may be a job for you.
The Arts Council needs a lot of people, so if you’d like to sign up with a group of your pals, it is encouraged. Come be an integral part of the celebration.
The Solstice Parade also needs volunteers at Gas Works Park to table a merchandise booth, an information booth, a hospitality (free food) booth, and many other tasks. Please e-mail Florence at volunteer@fremontartscouncil.org or call her at 315/751-2796, if you can help out.
