Launched initially just before the COVID-19 lockdown, the Fremont Mischief Distillery formally opened its Mischief On Canal small plate eatery and cocktail bar at the end of June – and since then, Fremonsters have found this spot lovely for grabbing a gourmet bite and absolutely amazing craft cocktails!
Consider stopping by over the Labor Day weekend, or during the warm week to follow, to enjoy a refreshing drink on the rooftop at Mischief! Do a whiskey tasting in the fresh air, of the spirits distilled on-site, or sample the menu of fresh, local foods.
Positive reviews have been pouting in for this hidden neighborhood treasure:
“Ate there tonight and it was spectacular. The food was out of this world. We tried five different things and all were spectacular. The distillery is a lovely facility; a private world away from the busy city. It was a chilly night but a spectacular evening.” – Randy B., on Yelp (click here to read directly)
“We loved our experience at Mischief – the food, service, and drinks were all wonderful 😉 We will definitely be back soon!” – Katie G.
Reserve a table on the Rooftop Terrace, or in the Courtyard Garden, to dine during the sunset or have a relaxing, and safe, conversation while consuming some of the finest drinks and dishes that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Soon you will also get first-chance at the new Canal Street Bourbon Whiskey.
For the health of guests and staff, reservations are recommended, to keep seating limited and spacious. Reserve on the Mischief On Canal website (click here,) and bring a few more summer smiles out, before the season has to end!
