Construction has moved inside the newly constructed retail & office building at N 34th St & Troll Avenue, and the sidewalk has been opened for public passage. Expect to see the new tenants – offices for Tableau Software, Café Turko, Milstead & Co, and Evergreens – beginning their improvements and moving in over the next few months.
In addition, fencing blocking the east end of the alley between Phinney Ave N & Evanston Ave N, running parallel to N 36th & N 35th Streets, has been removed, allowing for full access through the alley. However, residents and businesses located along this alley would prefer that the general public not use this roadway as a speedy shortcut, now that it has re-opened.
