For 2016, consider joining the 12-week ‘Artist’s Way’ classes, to enhance your creativity. ‘Tap into your creative side,’ no matter how dormant or energized your creative life may already be. In 2-hours a week, explore the 12 chapters of Julia Cameron’s internationally bestselling book, ‘The Artist’s Way,’ facilitated by experienced instructor Kate Gavigan.
Whether you consider yourself an artist, or not, this class can benefit many areas of your life. Doing chapter exercises from the book, and learning additional creativity exercises, strategies and meditation tools, students can bring out creativity in every part of their daily life – while in class and beyond it. Students have reported that they more fully and genuinely know themselves as they discover, or rediscover, their gifts and talents.
‘Artist’s Way’ classes are being offered, in Fremont, on Monday evenings (starting January 25th at 6:30p) and Friday mornings (January 22nd at 10:30a.) The cost for the 12-week class is $375. Registration can be done in advance through the Seattle Artist’s Way Center, or register at the first class, held at Windows Art Gallery at 4131 Woodland Park Ave N.
According to Jan N., an Artist’s Way student, “It was a great, life-changing experience and opened up my creative life – I feel that I am living in a more free, meaningful and creative way because of it. I would highly recommend the class.” Read more testimonials on the Seattle Artist’s Way site, and consider expanding your creative side in the New Year!
