Gather together friends, neighbors or co-workers to hear a Seattle Office of Emergency Management SNAP (Seattle Neighborhoods Actively Prepare) program presentation. Reserve an evening or weekend class, for dates beginning in March, for a program on all the emergency essentials – from safe actions to coordinating with others – that lasts about an hour, taught by trained volunteers.
Schedule a program by e-mailing SNAP@seattle.gov, with your name, contact information and preferred dates/times in March, April or May. Emergency Management volunteers will make sure you have everything your gathering needs for a successful SNAP party.
