‘Resilient Fremont’ Safety Message – Save Important Documents & Records

During an emergency, finding critical information could slow down your ability to get aid, for you and your loved ones.  Now, before disaster strikes, is the time to identify and locate critical documents, including such items as:

  • Birth certificates
  • Social security card
  • Real estate contracts
  • Insurance contracts, and contacts
  • Bank records
  • Passport/Identification
  • Pet Vaccinations/Identifications (chip numbers)

Once found, make paper and digital copies of all the documents.  Place copies with your safety kit, in a safe deposit box and on a USB drive/thumb drive in both locations as well.
