Over the weekend of May 21st -23rd, the Seattle Pacific University Theater Department will feature an original production, ‘Held Together’.  While being presented in a virtual format, the work will be performed live – at 7p on May 21st and 22nd, and at 2p on May 23rd.

‘Held Together’ features the stories of a poet, an actress and a sculptor, as they live through some of the darkest days of history – pandemics.  The stories they tell come from the 14th Century’s Black Death, the 1918 Influenza, and the COVID-19 pandemic.  Their stories transcend time and space, with the characters drawn together by their grief – and their desire to thrive.

This FREE production will have three performances, available for viewing on-line.  Those interested in viewing this timely and simultaneously historic performance can register (for a particular performance,) on the SPU.FormStack website (click here.)  For more information about the SPU Theater Department, visit the website.
