The Woodland Park Zoo invites everyone to come visit the new baby giraffe, named Lulu, between 9:30a – 11:30a daily. Already over 6’10” tall, the baby girl has long legs and likes to use them. Her name, Lulu, means ‘pearl’ in the Swahili language, the birthstone of June – when she was born.
See Lulu as she romps and plays, running circles around mom Tufani and dad Dave, along with aunt Olivia, in the outdoor area of the giraffe barn. Find out more about Seattle’s tallest baby on the WPZ website.
