The legendary Neat Loaf, enjoyed for 29-years by Silence-Heart-Nest customers, is now available for take-away for your holiday meals, or when you need a guaranteed entrée for a potluck.
Those who have tried this hearty house specialty keep coming back for more. Neat Loaf would make a great addition to your holiday meal, made with wheat cereals, ricotta cheese, eggs, tofu, rice, herbs and a special barbecue sauce.
One pan of Neat Loaf serves 4 – 6 people, and costs only $19, with fresh mushroom gravy also available for $8 a pint. You may request the Neat Loaf frozen, to bake at home (it takes about 1 hour,) or pre-baked. Place a Thanksgiving Day order by Monday, Nov 21st at 2:30p – for pick-up between 8a – 5p on Wednesday, Nov 23rd (Silence-Heart-Nest is closed on Tuesdays.) Please also note, Silence-Heart-Nest will be closed (for a one-day retreat) on Saturday, November 12th. However, the restaurant will open regular hours (for a delicious, healthy brunch, or for Neat Loaf orders) on Sunday.
