In addition to serving up amazing spirit flights and cocktails made with Fremont Mischief and other high-quality ingredients, Chef John Wahlke has created a menu of small plates using local, sustainable ingredients.
The seasonal menu will change based on what can be found in the Pacific Northwest. Right now, enjoy smoked oysters, a shrimp & whiskey watermelon salad, pulled pork sliders, or summer gazpacho. Also find lemon olive oil cake or dark chocolate mousse, to pair nicely with a manhattan, southside fizz, or mocktail!
