Substation Hosts A Dance Benefiting Mary’s Place

Help raise money for homeless families, while grooving to great dance music at Substation!

On Sunday, September 1st, starting at 10p, Give ‘N Groove and Sleepless present D.A.N.C.E., a pre-Labor Day dance party at Substation!  Come dance for a good cause with 100% of proceeds benefiting Mary’s Place.

Mary’s Place provides safe, inclusive shelters and services that support women, children and families on a journey out of homelessness.  With homelessness creating such problems in Seattle, why not spend a night of the holiday weekend dancing for this great non-profit, and pay tribute to favorite forgotten dance genres of electro, fidget, UKG, French House, and filter, all night long!

Tickets cost $5 with an RSVP (before 11p,) and $10 after, for this 21+ only dance party.  RSVP through the Substation website, and find more information on the Facebook Events page.  Also, consider volunteering at Mary’s Place by visiting the website (click here.)
